U.S. army airplane crashes into ocean close to Japan island

A U.S. army Osprey plane crashed into the ocean close to Yakushima Island in Japan with eight personnel onboard Wednesday, the native coast guard stated.
A caller reported that an Osprey plane of unknown affiliation had crashed at round 2:47 p.m. native time on Nov. 29, a spokesperson for the regional coast guard in Kagoshima Prefecture informed NBC Information. The airplane was later recognized as belonging to the U.S. army and having eight folks on board.
The coast guard stated a search had discovered wreckage-like particles and an overturned life raft.
“A ship belonging to the Yakushima City Rescue Heart can be at the moment conducting a search and we obtained report that they discovered one particular person within the search space,” it stated.
