New York developer Jeffrey Levine and his spouse, Randi Charno Levine, U.S. ambassador to Portugal, have bought their Greenwich Village townhouse for almost $22 million, the New York Post reported Thursday.

In keeping with Zillow, the property at 81 Barrow Avenue within the West Village neighborhood of New York, is not in the marketplace. The multi-family residence bought on July 31 for $21.5 million. Restricted particulars have been out there for the itemizing.

The couple bought the 4,925-square-foot, three-story residence in 2011 for $12.7 million.

The townhouse was constructed within the early 1850s by James Vandenbergh, the grasp mason tasked with the development of the Trinity Church.
