Legal professionals for Hunter Biden on Thursday requested federal judges in California and Delaware to dismiss the prison circumstances in opposition to him of their courts, citing a current opinion by Supreme Courtroom Justice Clarence Thomas and the dismissal this week of the prison categorized paperwork case in opposition to former President Donald Trump.
