Aspen Valley Ranch, Colorado Property Offered in Items for $47 Million

Aspen Valley Ranch, beforehand owned by Tellurian co-founder and pure gasoline pioneer Charif Souki, has been bought in items after hitting the marketplace for $220 million in 2020, The Wall Street Journal reported on Thursday.

A 12 months after the lavish Colorado ranch was listed, two properties on the 830-acre property have been bought for $47 million. Souki ended up in a authorized battle with lenders, dropping management of the rest of the property.
